Delivery time frames

In the event of the delivery address being less than 50km from the selected dealer, Carconnect will deal directly with the dealership, they will make every effort to deliver the vehicle within 3 to 5 business days of it becoming available for delivery. Please take note that the delivery mode of the vehicle will be at the discretion of the dealer.

In the event of the delivery address being less than 50km from the selected dealer, transport options and costs will be discussed and offered as part of the tender procedure with the customer having the option to have delivery at an additional cost or enable their own delivery or pick up. Should you have any concerns regarding the condition of the vehicle after it has been delivered please address this directly with the dealer? They do not guarantee or take any responsibility for the condition in which the vehicle has been delivered.

Unless other persons have been nominated by the registered owner (in writing prior to delivery) the vehicle will only be delivered and released to the registered owner.
