St. George – Get financial freedom
St. George is one of oldest banks in Australia. Established in the 1930s, it has grown exceptionally from what it was back in the day.
In the year 1992, it transitioned and became a full banking entity. An amalgamation took place in 2008 when St. George combined with the Westpac Banking Corporation and the trade and commercial banking supply commerce is now acknowledged as St. George.
St. George prioritizes sustainability and the community
We take each client quite seriously. The personal loan service that we deliver to them is not one that ends when we have given them a financial service. We help communities that struggle, and we are supporting needy initiatives that need financial or administrative support. It makes us feel good knowing that we have made the lives of other people slightly better to live by making some parts of their lives beautiful.
A renowned specialist in finance
For a number of years, we have been committed to giving our clients a service that is without flaw. We have a number of quick loan options that are available for individuals or businesses that we have been giving people to assist them in their daily lives. To date, we have given people personal loans that have changed their lives and their financial paths have become better. It has given us great pleasure to be part of a movement that is willing to change their financial mentality for the better and we know that we still going to make great transformations with our clients as far financial freedom is concerned
We support responsible lending
Clients are required to apply online for their personal loan. The customer needs to furnish us with their personal details.
The personal details need to be completed on the online loan application form and need to be clearly stipulated. If you feel your form incorrectly, we will have difficulty verifying your information. Every information needs to be correctly completed so that we can move to the next process of the personal loan application.
Personal loan verification and assessment
After we have received your personal or emergency loan application form, you have to submit your supporting documents for our attention. The documents that you give us need to contain your ID, 90-day bank statement and proof of residence amongst other paperwork.
We need to verify if you make enough money to afford a personal loan. We don’t want to give our clients a credit advance without first checking if they are in good financial standing to pay off the financial plan they are applying for.
Responsible lending practices
We are a financial institution that takes responsible lending with courtesy and as such, we will never give our customers more than they can handle. Apart from being able to pay off our personal loan, we want them to be able to continue living their lives peacefully without feeling the pressure of having to pay up a loan they applied for. This can only be achieved if they applied for a loan amount that is well within reach of their means and not something out of the ordinary

St. George – Consolidate your debt with one personal loan
After we have checked the supporting documents and we are satisfied with everything that was given to us, you will be required to sign the contract and read the terms and conditions of your long or short term loan.
It is important that clients read the details on the fine print because failure to do so may have bad implications. If you accept the terms and conditions, you must ensure that you stick by them as a client because when you sign, you are accepting every clause that is stipulated on the contract.
The money will then be deposited in your bank account for your disposal. Depending on the time the personal loan was approved, the money may take one or two business days for the money to reflect on your account.
Consolidate your loans into one personal loan
It is quite a big sum to pay for several loans every month. While you have to ensure that everything around the house is sorted, you also have to ensure that all your debts are covered. The interests you are paying might as well add up to being equivalent to a new loan. However, when you consolidate all your loans into one personal loan, you upend saving a lot of money.
Apart from saving which is the important part, you also might have money in excess now that you are not paying for all the interests charged on your loans. Combining your advances with a debt consolidation loan has been the only reason why people were able to come out of debt. We recommend it for every client who doesn’t want to pay a loan for all their lives.
To be considered for a personal loan at St. George, you need to meet the following requirements:
- The client must be 18 years or older
- The client must be an Australian citizen or a certified permanent resident
- The client must have a regular source of income
- The client must have an operating banking account
If a client doesn’t meet any of the four requirements, it will be difficult for us to offer him a financial plan because these are mandatory prerequisites
