- Have no due defaults
- Not be insolvent or have a court sentence
- Centrelink must not be the only source of income. It can serve as a secondary source
- The client must not have operating payday loans
- The applicant must be a single loaner
- The client must be able to pay the loan between a period of 18 – 84 months
